Our client, an Abu Dhabi government company is looking to recruit a Senior Architect - UAE National.

Responsibilities:

- Assist and support the Engineering Manager in preparing and compiling tender packages.

- Analyze internal customer needs, then formulate and evaluate solutions to ensure that those needs will be satisfied in the most appropriate way.

- Direct, monitor and evaluate the work of consultants to ensure that health, safety environmental and quality standards are maintained in order to meet or exceed company requirements.

- Ensure that the building’s fit outs are provided on a schedule target dates and ensure smooth transfer of the staff to the buildings.

- Support the company continuous improvement initiatives to ensure that these are implemented in accordance with sound engineering principle.

- Lead a technical team to review and approve technical specifications and drawings.

Qualifications and Skills:

- Candidates should have a Bachelor’s degree in Architectural Engineering with 5 – 10 years of experience in handling architectural projects and very good architectural knowledge and fair knowledge of MEP services.

- The candidate should possess good creativity, planning and communication skills.
