Our client, one of the leading distributors of pharmaceutical products in Sharjah is looking to recruit a Director of Finance and Accounts.
Responsibilities:
- Directs and oversees all financial, treasury accounting, budget, tax and audit activities of the organization.
- Develops the financial systems to facilitate informal decision making and monitor performance.
- Discuss and provide input for the financial feasibility of potential projects proposed by the core function heads.
- Liaise with stock market business press and business analysts community.
- Oversees the distribution of profits, issuance of new stock and transfer of shares.
Qualifications and Skills:
- CA, FCA, CPA, CFA
- Min 22 years post qualified experience with minimum 10 years in UAE.
- Worked in the highest position like CFO.
- Capable of providing strategic financial and commercial advice.
