Our client, a real estate group is looking to recruit a Manager - Facilities Management reporting to the Business Head of Real Estate.

Responsibilities:

- Overall facilities management of the Real Estate Division.

- Managing and leading the whole maintenance team.

- Coordinating all maintenance works e.g. Electro-mechanical, Plumbing, Cleaning and Utility, Carpentry & Painting & Ground Maintenance & Preventive Maintenance.

- Implementing safety standards in the performance of the entire Maintenance Team.

- Developing business relations with the Clients as well as Local Authorities like Civil Defence, SEWA & DEWA.

Qualifications and Skills:

- The incumbent should be a graduate in Engineering or a license Engineer with an essential qualificationa and knowlegde in handliing electro-mechanical, civil and soft facilities with around 18 years of total work experience and 5-6 years in UAE.

- Should have prior experience in heading the Maintenance / Facilities management division.
