Our client, a telecommunications company situated in Bahrain is looking to recruit a Sales Manager who would be reporting to the Sales Director.
Responsibilities:
- Managing, motivating, assisting and maintaining tailor made solution for Key Accounts (corporate segment).
- Promoting total quality management, demonstrating and encouraging the importance of corporate teams, in order to obtain customer satisfaction and expectations.
- Providing clear commissioning plans, discount structure for key accounts and guidelines for own staff.
- Providing assistance in the development of all marketing collateral, including website and catalogue pages, product release, brochures, PC presentations, user manual, flyers, TV and Radio commercials, etc.
- Monitoring progress of corporate sales team, regularly appraising their performance, advising and motivating wherever required.
- Providing and presenting monthly products / services updated reports.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Candidate shoould have a BSc Degree. MBA would be an added advantage and should ahve minimum of 4 years of experience in a relevant field preferably telecoms and/or FMCG.
- Knowledge of Bahrain markets and the region as a whole.
- Should be able to work in a fast moving growing company and be able to be a single contributor as well as overall leader.
- Should be fluent in arabic and English, both spoken and written.
- The candidate should be a Bahraini National.
